“A forest bird never wants a cage.”Β Henrik Ibsen
A family of robins has made their home in my garden. Their chicks have survived this year and are hopping around in my shrubbery. (last year the Magpies got them) So I grabbed my camera and thankfully the adults were more than happy to pose for a few shots π
Une profondeur de champ remarquable, Martina. Deux images absolument somptueuses.
What a lovely gift. I’m glad that the Magpies didn’t get them this year. Beautiful shots! This year there seems to be quite a large number of Robins about and plenty of worms to sustain them.
Really like the second image, what a great capture!
My favorite bird Martina ;-))
Two wonderful captures of it….wow i loved to go out for the birds but i don’t have the time at the moment ;( But i’m enjoying your photo’s right now ;-D
Robins have such a ‘strut’ … funny and alternately serious. How lovely to have such a photogenic family in your midst π
Such a pretty bird; both pix are lovely.
both photos are stunning, wonderful proposal with delicacy and lightness inside
Lovely detail in this beautiful shot, Martina. Wonderfully caught!
Dos bonitas fotos de Robin, te han quedado genial.
Saludos
Good shot! bravo!
Beautiful. Just stopped by and love how colorful the opening page to your blog is.
Do you know what kind of Robin he/she is? The adult looks very different from the Robins I’m used to seeing in the US.
Beautiful looking bird! Great capture really, good colors. Well done Martina.
Stunning color and contrast! love the capture
Too cute, birds are so fleeting, I’m amazed you were able to capture them so well!
Really nice and crisp. The Robins in my garden disappeared also this year – I suspect cats
I love the 1st photo, especially the composition, the focus and details.
