Difficult for me to deliver an opinion or a strong point this photograph has, but the idea is good photographically.
I like this strong, red and black and nicely framed composition.
Really this was an observational photograph. The choice of red neon for the sign seemed so at odds with the nature of the store. A place of healing that looks like a seedy establishment.
We read our environment, places have context and meaning- the sign here is almost dishonest, it disturbs our understanding of “place.” Also, the shrine to the owner, still very much alive, surrounded by flowers is almost surreal.
Also in the broader context of my “theme” well of course.. it’s red! 😉
yes, of course it is red :-). It is actually somewhat bizarre but enjoyable as a motive. these lights, the dark into which shines from the street or by the disk to us and the same color …
i can see you in the window. But your label on the picture disturbs the whole scene. Please place it in one of the black corners.
